Technical features of our panes

Our double and triple glazing units are manufactured using advanced technologies. They consist of two or three layers of glass separated by airtight air chambers. These chambers are filled with an inert gas, such as argon or krypton, which has low thermal conductivity. Because of this, our double-glazed windows provide superior thermal insulation, reducing heat loss in the winter and heat penetration into the home in the summer. In addition, the laminated construction significantly improves sound insulation, protecting your home from annoying street noise.

How do we install windows?

Slave Lake’s window installation process includes the following steps:

  1. Dismantling of old windows using special tools such as a tamper, hammer and screwdriver.
  2. Preparation of the window opening: cleaning, leveling and, if necessary, reinforcing.
  3. Installation of the new panes in the opening and its leveling.
