I would like to share my very positive experience dealing with Canglow windows and doors. They really do care about the clients, especially the manager Anatoliy and installer Yevgeny. The window installation was done perfectly: no damages, cracks to the stucco of our house during window replacement. It was done up to our satisfaction, money paid in full but later on I noticed that the handle on one of the windows wasn’t placed properly (I assumed that it was some manufacture malfunction). No panic as it was the 3rd time weordered the windows from them and never had any issues. BUT big rainfall was around a corner so, started to be so nervous and called the manager. I was surprised that next day the installer came back and fixed all the issues with the handle. I was really surprised that after payment received would someone respond to me so quickly. Finally, we are so happy with what we got: new windows and great customer service. Many thanks to Canglow’s folks!
The price corresponds to the quality. Not the cheapest windows, but not the most expensive. A little late on time, but installed the windows in 1 day. At least I did not have to take another one or two days off. Installers know their stuff. The new windows look fantastic. Thank you Canglow! Recommend 100%We chose Canglow twice. Last year we got all new windows from Canglow windows. and were very happy with the workmanship and customer service. Eugene and Andrew were exceptional at their work.This year we just had a entrance door with side panels and glass installed.Again Eugene and Andrew were the installers. We ordered windows and doors from Canglow.We read reviews and compared them with other window companies. To be honest, we had our doubts because of some negative reviews. But we really liked the presentation by their manager. We chose them and we were right.The windows arrived almost on time. Everything is two days later than the specified time. But even that was a few weeks faster than what we were told by other companies. We didn't have any problems with the installation. Two young men came and put all the windows and doors in 1 day. They cleaned up the mess and wished us a good day. The quality of the windows seemed great to me. We will see how it will be in the winter.I can write that they completely lived up to my expectations. Great service, excellent quality and courteous staff. I recommend Canglow to you too! Had an amazing experience with Canglow windows, it all started with the salesman Ray Goldrich he was very friendly, professional and I didn’t find him pushy just to make a sale. He made sure we understood what we were signing up for. As far as the installers go they arrived on time and went right to work one guy was Eugene and I cannot remember the other guys name but they were efficient, professional and friendly. They were eager to get to work and they completed the job safely. And the windows look amazing…
I recently had the pleasure of working with Canglow Windows and Doors for 2 new doors. I cannot recommend them enough! From the very beginning, the team was incredibly accommodating. I had to reschedule the installation a couple of times due to other renovations in my house, but the office staff handled everything with ease and understanding.The installer, Eugene, was nothing short of incredible. He was fast, clean, and efficient during the installation. What's more impressive is how respectful he was of my home and other trades who were working on-site simultaneously. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but he also cleaned up everything afterward, leaving no mess behind.I would also like to give a shoutout to Ray from sales. He was detailed and helpful throughout the entire process, making the decision-making much easier. Overall, my experience with Canglow was top-notch, and I highly recommend them for anyone in need of new windows or doors.
