My experience with Canglow has been very positive overall. I greatly appreciated the down to earth approach from my sales rep, Ray. He listened to my concerns and provided viable options for my consideration. The office team was easy to deal with and the install was completed with no issues. I have received several compliments from neighbors and will continue to use Canglow as my go to for windows. I should also say the quoted price was at least 25% lower than what I recied from other companies.

Yevgemy and Valery installed our new kitchen bay window today. The window is awesome, but these two installers worked their butts off during the install. Everything was left neat and tidy, and they took every precaution to prevent any damage including moving furniture, placing floor covers, and in general, being very careful and considerate. Highly recommend this company, their products and their wonderful people.

The products - doors and windows - were of excellent quality and undamaged on arrival. From quote to measurement, manufacture and install, the Canglow team were courteous, professional and exactly in their execution right up to finishing touches and cleanup. Additionally, due to the exacting nature of their approach, they were able to properly reinstall all of our existing shutters which represented a significant sum of money.
