We just got our 35 yr old windows replaced by CanGlow are are very pleased not only with the windows, but even more-so with the level of service we got from CanGlow. Ray, the project manager, was knowledgeable, available for questions, and accommodating and patient with any changes we made. The windows arrived in a timely fashion and were in perfect condition upon installation. The installation team of Oleg and Serg was professional, meticulous and very efficient. All twelve windows were installed in 2 days with minimal disruption, safe work practices and wonderful post-installation cleanup. Great job!
I had my house main level windows and doors replaced by Canglow and am very happy with the results. They look great and no more window frost in winter. The project manager Ray Goldrich is very knowledgeable and pleasant to communicate. The installer Oleg and his team is well organized and professional at heir job.

After contacting two other window providers, and being left with unanswered emails, we decided to connect with Canglow. Right away, our experiences improved. Canglow sent Roman, who was a courteous and professional salesman, who walked us through our options with patience, and kept up great communication throughout. Audra ran interference and made sure all was organized and kept great lines of communication going. As the weather was quickly cooling off, we were delighted that installers Eugene and his partner showed up promptly at 8am on a sunny Sunday morning. By 11am, they had all the old windows out (4 basement and one large living room window), and the new ones in. They did a thorough job of installing to perfection, ensuring everything was clean, level and fully sealed, and all was left neat and tidy, done by 2:30pm. The windows themselves are terrific, a great product, reasonably priced, and we notice an immediate improvement in the cozy feel of our house. No more drafts! We absolutely recommend Canglow!
The window purchase and install experience has been great; from the sales man Ray coming out to quote us within a day of us calling, listening to our concerns and giving us different options, to the install team of Oleg and his assistant. They were very professional, respectful and cleaned all debris up as they went. Took the time to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend this company.
I had a great experience with Durabuild. My sales rep, Rayan, offered a very fair price and made the whole process simple and stress-free. The work was done perfectly, and everything turned out even better than expected. A big thank you to Mohammed for taking the initiative to move our installation date up, and to Yurie for doing an excellent job with the installation. I dealt with Ray (Salesperson). He was super polite and always had time to chat. I had lots of questions, and he never got mad or upset. Even from the first time we met Ray - it didn't feel like he was a "pushy salesguy" - he wanted to ensure that all questions were answered. He even had time to come over and show us a couple houses that had dark windows. He was at my place numerous times, and even brought the installer (Thiban) to see if there would be any problems or concerns. Ray mentioned the amount of lead time required for windows to be manufactured. Originally, I wanted a blue tint for the windows, but couldn't get it. Talking with Ray - we decided to get a dark tint - WOW! Totally right decision!! Windows were scheduled to be installed after we returned from vacation. Installer should up on time, no problems. Thiban was the installer, and Andre was the assistant. Both were very polite. Installation never came across as "just get the work done" - they were meticulous in their work and their attention to even the smallest detail was impeccable. Thiban was the installer that first came over and I insisted that he be the installer for the job. During the 5 days required for the installation, Ray was over 3 times to check with the installers to ensure everything was going smooth and just to see if we were happy with how the install was going. I highly recommend Ray, Thiban, and Andre for your window replacement.
We have had Canglow replace windows and doors in our own home and recently doors on a rental property. From our initial contact to completion..amazing work. Project manager Ray and installer Eugene..can't say enough good things..and competitive pricing. Absolutely would recommend them!!
Good experience with CanGlow for our windows. The windows themselves are very nice, clear and open. Installing them ourselves and so far, the ones that are in look great, nice and clear. Salesperson was helpful in getting us what we want, and when there was an issue with the windows themselves upon delivery, he was able to help sort it out for us and satisfy our concerns, so good customer service on that end! Excited for them to all be done installing and help with energy efficiency with the coming cold. A family member recommended them to us and we will be passing on that recommendation.

Canglow installed a new exterior door on our house and it was a great experience from start to finish. The price was reasonable, the timeline clear, and the installers were polite, professional, and did an excellent job. We have already recommended Canglow to friends and family.
